Benj Gershman was born on March 24, 1980, the youngest in 
the band. He plays bass in the band. He plays: a Peavey 
Cirrus 4 string, Fehar Jazz Bass 1969 re-issue, Ampeg 
Svtill Pro, Genz Benz 4-10inch combo.

Gershman has been playing the bass since he was 14 years 
old. He took private lessons from Earl Hooks. In high school, 
he played in the orchestra, jazz ensemble, and he tried in 
other attempts at bands. Benj met Chris while both of them 
were life guarding. Gershman went to OSU, also. Some of his 
musical influences include: Red Hot Chili Peppers, 
Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, Jaco Pastorius, and 
any jazz performers.
